Common use of Agreement in Force Clause in Contracts

Agreement in Force. Except as amended hereby, all of the provisions of the Existing Employment Agreement shall be and remain in full force and effect. Upon the effectiveness hereof, each reference in the Existing Employment Agreement to "this Agreement," "hereunder," "hereof," or words of like import referring to the Existing Employment Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Employment Agreement.
