Benefits While on Compassionate Care. An Employee who is granted a compassionate care leave to care for a gravely ill family member shall be entitled to the following benefits:
Hospitals of Ontario Voluntary Life Insurance Plan The Hospital also agrees to make the Hospitals of Ontario Voluntary Life Insurance Plan (HOOVLIP) available to the nurses subject to the provisions of HOOVLIP at no cost to the Hospital.
Dependent Care Assistance Plan An employee may designate an amount per calendar year, from earnings on which there will be no federal income tax withholding for dependent care assistance (as defined in Section 129 of the Internal Revenue Code as amended from time to time.)
Health Care Benefits (a) Each regular full-time employee may elect coverage for himself and his eligible dependents* under one of the following health insurance plans:
