Agreement is Intended to Supplement Not Supercede. This Agreement is intended to supplement and not supercede the requirements of the Chapter 9.06 of the Santee Municipal Code – Storm Water Management and Discharge Control. The requirements listed herein are in addition to the requirements set forth in the Code including Civil Actions and Enforcement Powers established under the Code.
