Common use of Agreement is Non-Exclusive Clause in Contracts

Agreement is Non-Exclusive. The Client agrees that the bank, and Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank or any Affiliate, may act as investment advisers to other clients, including their shareholders, directors, officers and employees, and may recommend action with respect to any of the accounts of those persons which differs from the action recommended with respect to the Account. The Client agrees that the Bank shall have no obligation to recommend for purchase or sale by the Account any securities or other property which the Bank, or Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank or any Affiliate, may recommend for purchase or sale by any other clients.

Agreement is Non-Exclusive. The Client agrees that the Bank shall have no obligation to recommend for purchase or sale by sell for the Account any securities or other property which the Bank, or Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank or any Affiliate, may recommend for purchase or sale by sell for any other clients.
