Agreement Limitation. Manager will not enter into any commitment on behalf of Owner requiring payments of amounts in excess of the amount set forth on Schedule I or requiring performance over a time period in excess of the period set forth on Schedule I without the written approval of Owner.
Agreement Limitation. This Agreement sets out the agreements and obligations between the Parties only, and does not obligate any Party to any other Party’s subcontractors or to any third party. This Agreement creates no third party beneficiary rights.

The conditions of this Cooperation Agreement are intended to be limited to the scope of this agreement and not intended to be assigned to any other agreement, partnership or understanding among the parties, in part or in whole for another cooperative effort, project or endeavor.
