AGREEMENT NON-ASSIGNABLE. The parties acknowledge that this Agreement has been entered into as a result of, among other things, representations by the Consultant that it is able to perform its duties hereunder and this Agreement may not be assigned or transferred by the Consultant in whole or in part without the prior written consent of the Company.
