Non-Assignable Sample Clauses

Non-Assignable. The Permittee may not assign its interest hereunder, nor may Permittee subpermit the premises, without the prior written consent of the City.
Non-Assignable. This Agreement is not assignable by either party without mutual consent, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the covenants, terms and provisions set forth herein shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the Company, its successors, assigns and successors in interest, including, without limitation, any corporation with which the Company may be merged or by which it may be acquired.
