Agreement Not a Limitation. Nothing in this Agreement limits DTSC’s authority to conduct a response action DTSC determines is necessary to protect public health and safety or the environment pursuant to any applicable statute. Except as otherwise expressly provided, nothing in this Agreement limits DTSC’s authority to issue an order or take any other action under any provision of law to protect public health and safety or the environment or to pursue any existing legal, equitable or administrative remedies pursuant to state or federal law.
