Agreement Not To Be Called Into Question. 13.5.1 The Developer will not call into question, directly or indirectly, in any proceeding or action in court, or before any administrative tribunal, the Town’s right to enter into and enforce this Agreement. 13.5.2 The law of contract applies to this Agreement and the parties are entitled to all remedies arising from it, notwithstanding any provision of section 51 of the Planning Act, interpreted to the contrary.
