Agreement Not to Solicit Employees. Executive agrees that during Executive’s employment with the Company hereunder and during the Non-Solicitation Period, Executive will not, either directly or indirectly, on Executive’s own behalf or in the service or on the behalf of others solicit, divert, or hire away, or attempt to solicit, divert, or hire away any person then employed by the Company, nor encourage anyone to leave the Company’s employ. The Non-Solicitation Period set forth in this Section 11.5 shall be tolled during any period in which the Executive is in breach of the restriction set forth herein.
Agreement Not to Solicit Employees. During the Restricted Period, Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, alone or on behalf of any person or business entity, aid, encourage, advise, solicit, induce or attempt to induce any employee of the Company to leave his or her employment with the Company in order to accept employment with Employee or with any other person or entity with which Employee is or may become associated, affiliated or connected.
Agreement Not to Solicit Employees. Employee agrees that, for a period of three (3) years following the termination of the Employment Period, neither Employee nor any affiliate shall, on behalf of any business engaged in a business competitive with Employer, solicit or induce, or in any manner attempt to solicit or induce, any person employed by, or any agent of, Employer to terminate Employee's employment or agency, as the case may be, with Employer.
Agreement Not to Solicit Employees. Executive agrees that during his employment by the Company hereunder and for the two (2) year period following the termination of such employment, he shall not, either directly or indirectly, on his own behalf or in the service or on behalf of others, solicit, divert, or attempt to solicit or divert any person then employed by the Company.
Agreement Not to Solicit Employees. The Executive agrees that during his employment by the Bank and for the Applicable Period thereafter, he will not, either directly or indirectly, on his own behalf or in the service or on behalf of others, solicit, divert or hire away, or attempt to solicit, divert or hire away, any person employed by the Bank or any of its Affiliates, whether or not such employee is a full-time, a part-time or a temporary employee and whether or not such employment is pursuant to a written agreement and whether or not such employment is for a determined period or is at will.
Agreement Not to Solicit Employees. During the Participant's employment with the Company, CHC or any of their respective affiliates, and for a period of one (1) year following the termination of such employment for any reason whatsoever, provided the Company is not in breach or default hereof, the Participant shall not directly or indirectly, contact, solicit, divert, take away or hire, or attempt to contact, solicit, divert, take away or hire, any employees of the Company, CHC or their affiliates.
Agreement Not to Solicit Employees. Employee agrees that, for a period of twelve months following the termination for any reason, neither he nor any affiliate shall, on behalf of any business engaged in a business competitive with Employers or any subsidiary of Employers, solicit or induce, or in any manner attempt to solicit or induce any person employed by, or any agent of, any Employers or any subsidiary of Employers to terminate his or her employment or agency, as the case may be, with any Employers or such subsidiary.
Agreement Not to Solicit Employees. Employee agrees that, for a period of three (3) years following the termination of the Employment Period, other than by Employers without Cause or as a result of the total disability of Employee or by Employee as a constructive termination, and only by reason of voluntary termination or termination for Cause, neither he nor any affiliate shall, on behalf of any business engaged in a business competitive with Employers or any subsidiary of Employers, solicit or induce, or in any manner attempt to solicit or induce, any person employed by, or any agent of, either of Employers or any subsidiary of Employers to terminate his employment or agency, as the case may be, with either of Employers or such subsidiary; provided that such limitations shall not apply if the contact with the Employee or consultant is initiated by a third party on a "blind basis" such as through a head hunter.

Employee agrees that during the term of his employment with the Company or any entity owned by or affiliated with the Company (whether pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise), and for one (1) year following the termination thereof for any reason whatsoever, he will not, either directly or indirectly, on his own behalf or in the service or on behalf of others, solicit or divert, attempt to solicit or divert or induce or attempt to induce to discontinue employment with the Company, or any subsidiary or affiliate thereof, any person employed by the Company, or any subsidiary or affiliate thereof, whether or not such employee is a full time employee or a temporary employee of the Company, or any subsidiary or affiliate thereof, and whether or not such employment is for a determined period or is at-will.
Agreement Not to Solicit Employees. Employee agrees that, for a period of one (1) year following the termination of the Employment Period, Employee shall not, on behalf of any business, solicit or induce, or in any manner attempt to solicit or induce, either directly or indirectly, any person employed by, or any agent of, Employer to terminate such employment or agency, as the case may be, with Employer. In the event of violation hereof, Employer may terminate any payments due to Employee hereunder.
