Common use of Agreement Not to Compete Clause in Contracts

Agreement Not to Compete. For two (2) years after Employee's employment with Employer terminates, including employment following the termination of this Employment Agreement, Employee agrees not to directly or indirectly own, manage, control, or operate; serve as an officer, director, partner, employee or consultant of; have any direct or indirect financial interest in; or assist in any way; any person or entity that competes with any business conducted by Employer or any of Employer's affiliates or subsidiaries in any geographic region in which Employer conducts business.

For two one (21) years year after Employee's employment with Employer terminates, including employment following the termination of this Employment Agreement, Employee agrees not to directly or indirectly own, manage, control, or operate; serve as an officer, director, partner, employee or consultant Employee of; have any direct or indirect financial interest in; or assist in any way; any person or entity that competes with any business conducted by Employer or any of Employer's affiliates or subsidiaries in any geographic region in which Employer conducts business.
