Agreement Not To Disseminate Confidential Information. Executive agrees that he will not, at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, publish, communicate or otherwise reveal to any person or entity, or use for any purpose whatsoever, except as may be necessary in the course of performing his obligations to the Company, or as may be required by applicable law, statute or regulation, any Confidential Information. Executive further agrees to notify the Company before disclosing any Confidential Information under compulsion of law and to cooperate with the Company in deciding the substance and manner of such disclosure. Executive hereby specifically agrees that all Confidential Information is valuable, material and significantly affects the effective and successful conduct of the Company’s and the Company Affiliates’ businesses and related good will.
