Agreement Not to Engage in Certain Solicitation. The Executive agrees that the Executive will not, during the Executive's employment with the Company or during the two (2) year period thereafter, directly or indirectly, solicit or induce, or attempt to solicit or induce, any non-clerical employee(s), sales representative(s), agent(s), or consultant(s) of the Company to terminate such person's employment, representation or other association with the Company for the purpose of affiliating with any entity with which the Executive is associated ("Solicitation").
