Agreement Not to Solicit Customers and Suppliers. (a) During the Restricted Period, Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, alone or on behalf of any person or business entity, cause or attempt to cause any customer, prospective customer, vendor, supplier, or other business contact of the Company (i) to terminate, limit, or in any manner adversely modify or fail to enter into any actual or potential business relationship with the Company or (ii) to enter into or expand any actual or potential business relationship with any competitor of the Company.

(a) During the Restricted Period, Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, alone or on behalf of any person or business entity, cause or attempt to cause any customer, prospective customer, vendor, supplier, or other business contact contractor of the Company Company, known by Employee to be such (or which Employee should have known to be such), (i) to terminate, limit, or in any manner adversely modify or fail to enter into any actual or potential business relationship with the Company or (ii) to enter into or expand any actual or potential business relationship with any competitor of the Companyperson or entity engaged in a Competing Business.
