AGREEMENT NOT TO USE CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION OF OTHERS. The Executive agrees that he will not, during or after the Term and any renewal term, wrongfully utilize any proprietary material of any other party in the Executive’s work for the Company, will not knowingly infringe on the patent, copyright or trademark of any other party in the Executive’s work for the Company, and is not bound or restricted in the Executive’s work for the Company as a result of any non-competition, confidentiality, non-disclosure or other agreement or agreements to which the Executive is bound.
