Common use of Agreement Notices Clause in Contracts

Agreement Notices. (i) Promptly upon (A) receipt of any notice, request or other document received by any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries under or pursuant to any Material Contract or instrument, indenture, loan or credit or similar agreement regarding or related to any breach or default by any party thereto or any other event that could materially impair the value of the interests or the rights of any Loan Party or otherwise have a Material Adverse Effect or (B) the granting of any amendment, modification or waiver of any provision of any Material Contract or instrument, indenture, loan or credit or similar agreement, that could materially impair the value of the interests or rights of any Loan Party or otherwise have a Material Adverse Effect, the Company shall give written notice to the Administrative Agent containing a detailed description thereof, and, (ii) from time to time upon request by the Administrative Agent, such information and reports regarding the Material Contracts and such instruments, indentures and loan and credit and similar agreements as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request.
