Common use of Agreement Notices Clause in Contracts

Agreement Notices. Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all notices, requests and other documents received by any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries under or pursuant to any Acquisition Document or Material Contract or instrument, indenture, loan or credit or similar agreement regarding or related to any breach or default by any party thereto or any other event that could materially impair the value of the interests or the rights of any Loan Party or otherwise have a Material Adverse Effect and copies of any amendment, modification or waiver of any provision of any Acquisition Document or Material Contract or instrument, indenture, loan or credit or similar agreement and, from time to time upon request by the Administrative Agent, such information and reports regarding the Acquisition Documents, the Material Contracts and such instruments, indentures and loan and credit and similar agreements as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request.

Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all notices, requests and other documents received by any Loan Party the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries under or pursuant to any Acquisition Related Document or Material Contract or instrument, indenture, loan or credit or similar agreement regarding or related to any breach or default by any party thereto or any other event that could materially impair the value of the interests or the rights of the Borrower or any Loan Party of its Subsidiaries or otherwise have a Material Adverse Effect and copies of any amendment, modification or waiver of any provision of any Acquisition Document Related Agreement or Material Contract or instrument, indenture, loan or credit or similar agreement and, from time to time upon request by the Administrative Agent, such information and reports regarding the Acquisition Documents, the Material Contracts and such instruments, indentures and loan and credit and similar agreements Related Documents as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request.
