Common use of Agreement Notices Clause in Contracts

Agreement Notices. Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all notices, requests and other documents received by or given to the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries under or pursuant to any Acquisition Document and, from time to time upon request by the Lender, such other information and reports regarding the Material Contracts as the Lender may reasonably request.
