Common use of AGREEMENT OF NON SEGREGATED FACILITIES Clause in Contracts

AGREEMENT OF NON SEGREGATED FACILITIES. In accordance with 41 C.F.R.§60-1.8, SUPPLIER agrees that it does not and will not maintain or provide for its employees any facilities segregated on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin at any of its establishments, and that it does not and will not permit its employees to perform their services at any location, under its control, where such segregated facilities are maintained. The term “facilities” as used herein means waiting rooms, work areas, restaurants and other eating areas, time clocks, rest rooms, wash rooms, locker rooms and other storage or dressing areas, parking lots, drinking fountains, recreation or entertainment areas, transportation, and housing facilities provided for employees; provided, that separate or single-user restroom and necessary dressing or sleeping areas shall be provided to assure privacy between the sexes.
