Common use of Agreement on Condition of Employment Clause in Contracts

Agreement on Condition of Employment. As a condition of employment, the Employee agrees to execute and abide by the Employer’s current form of Agreement on Condition of Employment, which may be amended by the parties from time to time without regard to this Agreement. The Agreement on Condition of Employment contains provisions that are intended by the parties to survive and do survive termination or expiration of this Agreement. In the event that the terms of this Agreement differ from or are in conflict with the Agreement on Condition of Employment, this Agreement shall control.
