OBLIGATIONS SURVIVE TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT. Executive agrees that any and all of Executive’s obligations under this Agreement, including but not limited to Exhibits B and C, shall survive the termination of employment and the termination of this Agreement.
OBLIGATIONS SURVIVE TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT. Any termination of Employee’s employment with the Company shall not impair or relieve Employee of his obligations hereunder that otherwise survive the termination of this Agreement pursuant to their respective terms or by their nature.
OBLIGATIONS SURVIVE TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT. Each party agrees that any and all of such party’s obligations under this Agreement, including any agreement contemplated hereby, shall survive a termination of employment.

The termination of Executive’s employment for whatever reason will not impair or relieve Executive of any of Executive’s obligations under this Agreement which, by their express terms or by implication, extend beyond the term of Executive’s employment. The Parties' rights and obligations that by their nature would extend beyond the termination or expiration of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the confidentiality, non-solicit and non-compete provisions, shall survive such termination or expiration.

OBLIGATIONS SURVIVE TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT. EXECUTIVE AGREES THAT ANY AND ALL OF EXECUTIVE’S OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL SURVIVE THE TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT AND THE TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT.
