Agreement on Conformity Assessment and Acceptance of Industrial Products. 1. The Parties agree to add an ACAA as a Protocol to this Agreement, covering one or more sectors listed in Annex III to this Agreement once they have agreed that the relevant Ukrainian sectoral and horizontal legislation, institutions and standards have been fully aligned with those of the EU.
