Common use of Agreement Service Fees Clause in Contracts

Agreement Service Fees. 6.1 The Service Fees are stated in the Order Form. 6.2 The Service Fees are calculated on an annual basis, from the effective date to the date of termination or expiry of this Agreement, as the case may be. 6.3 The Service Provider may revise the Service Fees at any time, by giving two (2) months’ prior written notice to the Ordering Party. 6.4 All Service Fees payable by Ordering Party are exclusive of applicable taxes and duties.
