Agreement Shall be Binding. These Terms shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the parties [unless to the contrary specifically provided in any particular covenant, term or condition hereof.

Agreement Shall be Binding. This Agreement shall be in effect for the period commencing on April 1, 2018 and ending March 31, 2021 and shall be renewed automatically from year to year thereafter unless one of the parties notifies the other, in writing, within sixty (60) days of the expiration date of this Agreement, of its intention to terminate or seek amendments to this Agreement.
