No Loss of Pay. No employee's ordinary rate of pay will be reduced as a result of the introduction of the new industry classification structure.
No Loss of Pay. Representatives designated by the Union shall not suffer loss of pay or benefits when meeting with supervisors or other District representatives concerning official written grievances. It is understood that the District shall not incur overtime liability as a result of such proceedings.
No Loss of Pay. Stewards shall have the right to investigate and process grievances and to perform other duties proper to their position during regular working hours, without loss of pay. It is further agreed that there will be no undue disruption of work, and the xxxxxxx shall not leave work during regular working hours without obtaining permission from her/his supervisor. Permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. Provided the Xxxxxxx and her/his supervisor have attempted to resolve the dispute before a grievance is filed, grievances under this Article shall begin at Step 2 of the grievance procedure.
No Loss of Pay. Employees and Union Representatives shall suffer no loss of pay or benefits when attending meetings with the Company pursuant to this agreement.
No Loss of Pay. Employees who attend a Nursing Policy Committee meeting shall be released from duty without loss of pay or benefits.
No Loss of Pay. No Nurse shall suffer a loss of regular pay and benefits while attending the Union Management Consultation Committee.
No Loss of Pay. The xxxxxxx(s) may investigate and process grievances or confer with representatives of the Union during regular working hours without loss of pay.

When the legitimate business of a committee member or xxxxxxx arising from this collective agreement requires her/him to leave her/his job or department, she/he shall not suffer loss of pay for time spent in the performance of those duties during her/his working hours, such time not to exceed one half hour per week.
No Loss of Pay. Employees shall suffer no loss of pay or other benefits while attending grievance meetings with the Company.
