Agreement & Subscription Term; Effect of Termination. The Agreement begins on the effective date of the Order as set forth in the preamble above, or the date on the first Order between the parties hereto, whichever is earlier, and shall continue until all Orders associated with the Agreement have expired or have otherwise been terminated (the “Agreement Term”). Unless otherwise specified in an Order, Subscription Services will begin on the Start Date in the applicable Order and remain in effect for the period specified therein (the “Subscription Term”). Upon any expiration or termination of the Agreement, Provider will cease providing Subscription Services and Customer and its Representatives shall cease any and all use of the Subscription Services.
