Analytics. 1.1. IFS may track and analyze the usage of the IFS Offering for purposes of determining usage made of the IFS Offering, for the purposes of security, to assist customers, and for improving the Software and Services and the user experience in using such Software and Services. For example, IFS may use this information to help customers derive more value from the Software and Services, to understand and analyze trends, or to track which features are used most often in order to improve the Software and Services. IFS may share anonymous usage data with its service providers for the purpose of helping in such tracking, analysis and improvements. Additionally, IFS may share such anonymous usage data on an aggregate basis in the normal course of operating their business; for example, IFS may share information publicly to show trends about the general use of its software and services. Analytics. Upon anonymizing Content by removing all references to numeric values, proper names, addresses, and locations (“Anonymized Content”) and incorporating such Anonymized Content with or into similar information derived or obtained from other customers of Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx (collectively “Aggregated Content”), Customer hereby grants to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx a non-exclusive, fully paid, world-wide and irrevocable license to use Aggregated Content exclusively for enhancing features and functionality of the Services.

Customer shall comply with all laws applicable to its use of the Services and is responsible for (a) determining whether the Services are appropriate for storage and processing of information subject to any specific law or regulation; and (b) responding to any request from a third-party regarding Customers use of the Services under applicable laws. Customer is solely responsible for: (a) the selection, operation and maintenance of all Customer Components (b) all Configurations; (c) all Content including, without limitation, its selection, creation, design, licensing, installation, disruption, error, reprogramming, repair and accuracy, and for all necessary permissions to include the Content in the Cloud Platform and IFS may use, store, and process the Content in the delivering of the Services; (d) all copyright, patent and trademark clearances in all applicable jurisdictions and usage agreements for any and all Content and Customer shall not at any time provide or use any Content or other data with the Services which infringes or may infringe any third-party intellectual property rights; (e) the selection of controls on the access and use of Content; (f) the selection, management and use of any public and private keys and digital ...
Analytics. 4.1 Licensee’s Application may include the analytics collection software module of the Licensed Software that collects certain Analytics. Nokia may retain and use, subject to the terms of its Privacy Policy, information collected by the analytics collection software module regarding Licensee’s end users downloading, use or installation of the Licensed Software, including, but not limited to, information regarding Application versions downloaded, installed and/or used, debugging data and other usage information (collectively “Usage Information”). Licensee expressly consents to the collection, storage and use of such Usage Information by Nokia and Licensee shall not block or disable the analytics collection software module. Nokia will not share Usage Information associated with Licensee with any third parties unless Nokia (i) has Licensee’s consent; (ii) concludes that it is required by law or has a good faith belief that access, preservation or disclosure of such Usage Information is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Nokia, its users or the public; or (iii) provides such information in anonymous or aggregated form. Nokia may, from time to time, at its sole discretion, share such Usage Information with Licensee. 4.2 Licensee will notify any end users of its Application of the collection of Analytics where required by applicable law or regulation.
Analytics. 14.1 Despite anything to the contrary, we may monitor, analyse and compile statistical and performance information based on and/or related to your use of the Services, in an aggregated and anonymised format (Analytics). You agree that we may make such Analytics publicly available, provided that it: (a) does not contain identifying information; and (b) is not compiled using a sample size small enough to make the underlying Customer Data identifiable. 14.2 We and our licensors own all right, title and interest in and to the Analytics and all related software, technology, documentation and content used or provided in connection with the Analytics, including all Intellectual Property Rights in the foregoing.

Analytics. To assist JH in maintaining and improving this application, JH uses multiple analytics and logging platforms to gather information about usage of the Service. For example, it tracks how many visitors the Service has, which screens they spend time on, what kinds of operating systems and devices they use, and how they found the Service. Analytics platforms generally do not track, collect or upload any data that personally identifies an individual (such as a name, email address, account number or billing information), or other data which can be reasonably linked to such information, although they may use anonymized identifiers. The information helps JH improve the performance of this Service for you. More information on analytics services, including analytics cookies, can be found in the JH Privacy Policy.
Analytics. You agree to use any data Apple provides through analytics services for Applications solely for improving Your Applications and related products. Furthermore, You agree not to provide such data to any third parties, except for a Service Provider. For instance, You must not aggregate (or permit any third-party to aggregate) data provided to You by Apple as part of these services with other developers’ analytics information. For clarity, this paragraph does not prohibit sharing or uses expressly permitted by law. Apple may provide You with data in App Analytics about the performance of Your Applications relative to similar Applications on the App Store. This data is calculated using differential privacy to protect the Applications and end users. At all times, Your personal data will be handled in accordance with Apple’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/uk/legal/privacy.
