AGREEMENT SUSPENSION. Suspension of this Agreement may occur if in the sole judgment of the Service there is a violation of law or policy or risk to resources or public health and safety. Friends may appeal any such suspension of this Agreement in writing, and the Service shall within 15 days of such an appeal provide a written justification for the suspension, and state what corrective actions would be necessary to reinstate this Agreement.
