Agreement Term; Expiration. This Agreement is effective as of the Effective Date and, unless earlier terminated pursuant to the other provisions of this ARTICLE 10, will continue in full force and effect until the expiration of all payment obligations under this Agreement with respect to the last Product (or Discontinued Product) in all countries. The period from the Effective Date until the date of expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement pursuant to this ARTICLE 10 is the “Agreement Term.”
