Initial Term Sample Clauses

Initial Term. The initial term will begin on the date set forth in the Contract documents or on the date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later.

The term of this Master Agreement may be amended beyond the initial term for up to three (3) consecutive one (1) year additional terms, upon the mutual agreement of the Lead State and Contractor, by written Amendment. The total duration of the Master Agreement, including any extensions, shall not exceed five (5) years.

Initial Term. The initial Term of Employment under this Agreement, and the employment of the Executive hereunder, shall commence on the Commencement Date and shall expire on the third anniversary of the Commencement Date (the “Initial Term”), unless sooner terminated in accordance with Section 6 hereof.
