Common use of AGREEMENT TERMS ALL INCLUSIVE Clause in Contracts

AGREEMENT TERMS ALL INCLUSIVE. The Parties acknowledge that during the negotiations which preceded this Agreement, each had the unlimited right and opportunity to make demands and proposals with respect to any subject and matter not removed by law from the area of collective bargaining and that the understandings and agreements arrived at by the Parties after the exercise of that right are set forth in this Agreement. If, during the term of this Agreement, a matter arises which was not within the contemplation or knowledge of the Parties at the time this Agreement was negotiated and executed, then either party may request of the other the opportunity to negotiate such matter. However, such negotiations shall be entered into only by mutual agreement and no party shall be required, during the term of the Agreement, to negotiate or bargain upon any issue.
