Agreement Terms and Conditions. The Consultant warrants that he is properly licensed to practice his profession in the State of Nevada and has not paid or agreed to pay to any State officer or employee any compensation, contingent or otherwise, either directly or indirectly, in the solicitation, procurement, or execution of this Agreement. In consideration of the mutual covenants and conditions provided herein, the Owner hereby agrees to retain the Consultant for performance of the professional services and work required to satisfactorily complete the stipulated scope of work, and the Consultant agrees to expeditiously perform such required professional services and work.
