Common use of Agreement Terms and Conditions Clause in Contracts

Agreement Terms and Conditions. A. The parties mutually agree that the terms and conditions of this contract represent agreement between the parties hereto. This Agreement may be altered, changed, added to, deleted from, or modified only through negotiations. This agreement shall be incorporated by reference into the employee’s individual employment contract and shall prevail in the event of conflict between the two. B. This agreement shall remain in effect until June 30, 2025. In the event neither party initiates negotiations per Article VI, (Negotiations), this Agreement shall be extended. C. Within one month of the day of ratification by both parties of this Agreement the District will post a copy on its web site. The district shall maintain a signed copy of this agreement and provide a signed copy to the Association.
