AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES AND CLAIMS. In order to provide a cost-effective, expeditious and impartial forum for the resolution of disputes which may arise between you and Mission Fed (“Parties”), the Parties hereby agree that all disputes between the Parties, shall be resolved by the following arbitration process. This Agreement governs how disputes between you and us will be decided. All disputes or claims of any nature, including but not limited to statutory, regulatory, common law, and equitable claims arising from or relating in any way to all agreements, relationships, accounts, loans, or security agreements between the Parties; the relationships which result or arise as a result of this Agreement; any rights, privileges or services you have received from us or may receive in the future; any claims or disputes arising in or ancillary to any bankruptcy or other insolvency proceeding; or the validity of this Agreement, shall be resolved by binding arbitration unless otherwise limited by applicable law.
