Agreement to Be Governed by the Plan. The Adopting Employer agrees that it shall be an "Employer" and a participating employer, as defined in the Plan, commencing January 1, 1996, and as such it shall henceforth comply with and be governed by the provisions of the Plan as they pertain to an Employer, as now contained in the Plan or as hereafter altered or added by amendment to the Plan.
