LEASE GOVERNS. Tenant agrees that the provisions of this Lease, including without limitation Section 11.1, shall govern any damage or destruction and shall accordingly supersede any contrary statute or rule of law.
LEASE GOVERNS. In the event of any Taking during the Term, the rights and obligations of the parties with respect to such appropriation and any Award in connection therewith shall be provided in this Article XI.

Tenant irrevocably waives and releases Xxxxxx's rights under California Civil Code Sections 1932(2), 1933(4) and 1942 as the same may be modified or replaced hereafter.

Notwithstanding Lessor’s receipt or approval of any plan, the terms and conditions of any required plan shall not be inconsistent with, alter, or amend any of the terms and conditions of this Lease without the Parties modifying this Lease, as provided in Section 15.12. In the event of any inconsistency between any plan and this Lease, the terms and conditions of this Lease shall govern.

LEASE GOVERNS. Tenant agrees that the provisions of this Lease, including without limitation Section 11.1, shall govern any damage or destruction and shall accordingly supersede any contrary statute or rule of law. Any disputes regarding the obligations of the parties under this Article XI shall be submitted to and resolved by JAMS arbitration pursuant to Section 22.7 of this Lease.
LEASE GOVERNS. This Sublease is subject to all the provisions, terms, covenants, and conditions of the Lease as follows:

This Lease governs the parties’ respective obligations for repair and maintenance of the Premises, and the parties waive the benefit of any existing or future statute that is inconsistent with the provisions hereof or affords Tenant the right to terminate the Lease or make repairs at the expense of Landlord.
LEASE GOVERNS. If, during the term or during the period of time between the execution of this Lease and the date the term commences, there is any taking by condemnation of all or any part of the Property, the rights of the parties shall be determined pursuant to the provisions of this Section.
LEASE GOVERNS. From and after each respective Additional Premises Commencement Date described in Section 2 above, and through the end of the Term of the Lease, all provisions of the Lease shall be in full force and effect with respect to, and shall govern Tenant’s possession of, the applicable portion of the Additional Premises.
