Common use of Agreement to Continue Clause in Contracts

Agreement to Continue. During the period when negotiations are being conducted between the Parties for the renewal of this Agreement, the present Agreement shall continue in full force and effect until: ▪ the Union commences a legal strike; or ▪ the Company commences a legal lockout; or ▪ the Parties enter into a new or further Agreement.
