Agreement to Furnish Services. Each Party agrees to furnish to the other two Parties, upon the terms and conditions herein provided, the services hereinafter referred to and described in the attached Schedule 1, at such times, for such period and in such manner as a Party may from time to time request. It is understood that the providing Party may also use its employees or resources to provide to itself the same or similar service requested by one or more of the other Parties.
