You consent to the terms of the BSA when you apply for membership, share your in- formation with us, sign or authorize a document, use a product or service, receive or have access to a periodic statement, or request to do, or do, business with us by any method we allow. When you perform any of the preceding activities, you also affirm all the infor- mation you provide to us is complete and true, and any document has been completed and the information has been entered accu- rately in a document or our computer system and according to your instructions, as reflected in our records. You agree we may rely exclusively on the terms of the BSA and have no obligation to rely on any non-Credit Union documentation unless otherwise required by law.
