The Part 2 is the second part of our Business Member Service Agreement. You understand that Parts 1 and 2, along with the information and documents in our records, create a legally binding contract with us. This contract is the Business Member Service Agreement, which we refer to as the “BSAMSA.” The BSA MSA addresses how membership, products and services are started, confirmed, maintained, reviewed, changed, added or terminated (please see the word “action” in Pro- vision Provision 1.e.). The BSA MSA applies when you take actions, conduct transactions transac- tions on or use our products and services. It also addresses how we manage and communicate with you about our products and services. The terms of the BSA MSA apply to all products and ser- vices services unless those terms are superseded (controlled) by specific provisions provi- sions in the contracts for those products and services. The BSA MSA also applies to any person or organization that wants to take action, conduct a transaction or requests us to act on any matter concerning concern- ing the business of our Credit Union. You consent to the terms of the BSA MSA when you apply for membership, share your in- formation information with us, sign or authorize a document, use a product or service, receive or have access to a periodic statement, or request to do, or do, business with us by any method we allow. When you perform any of the preceding activities, you also affirm all the infor- mation information you provide to us is complete and true, and any document has been completed and the information has been entered accu- rately accurately in a document or our computer system and according to your instructionsin- structions, as reflected in our records. You agree we may rely exclusively ex- clusively on the terms of the BSA MSA and have no obligation to rely on any non-Credit Union documentation unless otherwise required by law. You understand you may contact us and request to review or access a paper or electronically managed copy of your infor- mation information or document in our records, the current version of this Part 2, and all disclosures or other contracts, any time we are open for businessbusi- ness. You may also access a current version of this Part 2 and all disclosures on our website at xxx.xx-xxxxx.xxx. logically, starting with important information, definitions and manage- ment matters you should know about the BSA. The Part 2 then ad- dresses membership and starting new products and services. The Part 2 thereafter explains how you may conduct transactions on and use our products and services, and how we maintain and manage them.
