Agreement to provide Ancillary Services. The EMC and the Ancillary Service Provider agree that the Ancillary Service Provider will provide the Contracted Ancillary Services described in Schedule B2 in accordance with the valid instructions of the PSO throughout the Term in consideration of payments calculated in accordance with Schedule C and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
