Agreement to Provide Complaint Investigation Services. 1. The County and CDSS agree that the CDSS CCLD shall investigate on behalf of the County all complaint allegations, made against resource families, if these services are identified in Section VII; this Section V provides the terms and conditions agreed upon by the Parties for all such investigations.
