Common use of Agreement to Receive Disclosures Electronically Clause in Contracts

Agreement to Receive Disclosures Electronically. If your Application is approved, you will be deemed to have agreed to receive E-Disclosures. “E-Disclosures” are electronic versions of disclosures and notices we are required to give you under this Agreement or applicable law (including, by way of example, Monthly Statements and all written communication from us to you such as changes to this Agreement contemplated in Paragraph 19). However, you will not begin to receive E-Disclosures until you enroll online by going to our web site, xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx. If you choose to enroll in our E-Disclosures program, you will be deemed to have represented to us that you have security-protected access to a computer on which is loaded (a) browser software capable of processing 128-bit encryption (although other browsers may be able to process 128-bit encryption, we strongly recommend that you use Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher), and (b) software capable of viewing, downloading, and printing E-Disclosures (such as Adobe Reader).
