Common use of Agreement to Remove Policies Clause in Contracts

Agreement to Remove Policies. The Insurer and TWIA have agreed upon those Removed Policies to be removed under the Program and assumed by the Insurer on the Assumption Date and set forth those Removed Policies by TWIA policy number, insured name and address, agent name and address and effective and expiration dates on Exhibit A or any supplement thereto. Exhibit A or supplement shall be attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
