Agreement to Rent. 3.1 CFNZ agrees to rent the Rented Products and Services to You and You agree to rent the Rented Products and Services from CFNZ on the terms of this Agreement.
Agreement to Rent. Customer, the xxxxxx, agrees to rent the indicated equipment from Western Medical Equipment, also referred to as WME, and agrees to use the equipment as instructed and shown by WME.
Agreement to Rent. Oxygen to Go, LLC, (hereinafter referred to as “OxygenToGo®”) agrees to rent to Customer (“Customer” is defined as both the payer and the user of the equipment if not the same), and Customer agrees to rent from OxygenToGo®, the Portable Oxygen Concentrator package, hereafter designated Equipment, described above, and except as otherwise provided herein, will continue until the end of the Effective Dates of Rental. The Customer agrees to use the equipment as directed by OxygenToGo®. Shipping Charge(s) *Our default shipping service is 2 day. If Ground service falls within 2 days, we may utilize. OxygenToGo® will also bill customer for return shipping charges upon return of unit. If you ship via another carrier or another FedEx air bill number, you must call OxygenToGo® before to notify us of the changes. OxygenToGo® reserves the right to ship the rental to the customer renter at any point before the rental start date once rental agreement is submitted. Renter waives the right to deny any charges due to "no signature required" by the chosen delivery vendor of OxygenToGo®.
Agreement to Rent. The Renter agrees to rent the Facilities from the Town for the dates/times, and at the rental fee, outlined in the Invoice.
Agreement to Rent. Heavy Iron agrees to rent to the Lessee and the Lessee agrees to rent from Heavy Iron the Equipment pursuant to the terms and conditions herein.
Agreement to Rent. 2.1 The Company agrees to rent the Equipment to the Customer for the Rental Period on the terms of these Rental Terms, the Rental Agreement and any Commercial Credit Application properly completed by the Customer and returned to, and accepted by, the Company (the Agreement).
2.2 The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Unless expressly agreed in writing by the Company, no other terms and conditions (including those contained in any purchase order) apply to the rental of any Equipment.
Agreement to Rent. QAM agrees to rent from Stillwater and SRA, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein, a portion of a permanent structure located on Stillwater Regional Airport identified in Attachment “A” hereto (“Leased Premises”).
Agreement to Rent. 3.1 Canon agrees to rent the Rented Products to You and You agree to rent the Rented Products from Canon on the terms of this Agreement.
Agreement to Rent. [OWNER.FirstName] [OWNER.XxxxXxxx] (“Owner”) agrees to rent the house located at [HOUSE ADDRESS] to [RENTER.FirstName] [RENTER.LastName] (“Renter”) for the term of this House Rental Lease Agreement.
Agreement to Rent. 2.1 The Lessor hereby lets to the Tenant the Storage Unit as described in the agreement and the Tenant hereby accepts the lease upon the terms and conditions of the agreement and set out herein.
2.2 The Lessor has not warranted or represented to the Tenant that the Storage Unit is fit for the purpose for which it will be utilized by the Tenant. All Storage Unit sizes are approximate, and the Lessor accepts no responsibility for its accuracy. In agreeing to the Terms of this Agreement, the Tenant accepts that it applies to the Storage Unit used by the Tenant and not any Storage Unit represented or shown to the Tenant before this Agreement was entered into.
2.3 Subject to compliance with this Agreement, the Tenant shall be afforded access to the Storage Unit during the hours as set out in the agreement, for the purposes of depositing, removing, substituting or inspecting his/her goods. No access to the Storage Unit will be permitted for any other purposes or outside Access Hours.
2.4 The Lessor reserves the right to change Access Hours to other reasonable access times at any time without prior notice. Notice of the change in Access Hours will be published at the Storage Facility
