Common use of Agreement to Rent Clause in Contracts

Agreement to Rent. 4.1 The Landlord agrees to rent the Rental Home to the Tenant for use and occupation as a residential dwelling on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, and the Tenant agrees to pay Rent (as defined in paragraph 8.1 of this agreement) to the Landlord and otherwise abide by the terms of this Agreement in exchange for the use of the Rental Home as a dwelling.
