Agreement to Use Services Relating to Pipeline Delivery, Tankage and Loading Rack. The Parties intend to be strictly bound by the terms set forth in this Agreement, which sets forth revenues to El Dorado Logistics to be paid by Frontier El Dorado and requires El Dorado Logistics to provide certain transportation, storage and loading services to Frontier El Dorado. The principal objective of El Dorado Logistics is for Frontier El Dorado to meet or exceed its obligations with respect to the Minimum Pipeline Delivery Revenue Commitment, to meet or exceed its obligations with respect to the Minimum Tankage Revenue Commitment, and to meet or exceed its obligations with respect to the Minimum Loading Rack Revenue Commitment. The principal objective of Frontier El Dorado is for El Dorado Logistics to provide services to Frontier El Dorado in a manner that enables Frontier El Dorado to operate the Refinery.
