Agreement Voluntary and Equitable. 8.01 The Company and the Employee further acknowledge and declare that they each have carefully considered and understand the terms of employment contained in this Agreement including, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Employee's rights upon termination and the restrictions on the Employee after termination, and acknowledge and agree that the said terms of employment and rights and restrictions upon termination are mutually fair and equitable, and that they executed this Agreement voluntarily and of their own free will.
