Common use of Agreement Will Not Cause Breach Clause in Contracts

Agreement Will Not Cause Breach. To the best of Contractor's knowledge after reasonable investigation, the execution of the Service Agreement or the performance by Contractor of its obligations hereunder does not conflict with, violate, or result in a breach: (i) Of any law or governmental regulation applicable to Contractor; (ii) Any term or condition of any judgment, order, or decree of any court, administrative agency or other governmental authority; or, (iii) Any Agreement or instrument to which Contractor is a party or by which Contractor or any of its properties or assets are bound, or constitute a default thereunder.

Agreement Will Not Cause Breach. To the best of Contractor's knowledge ’s knowledge, after reasonable investigation, neither the execution or delivery of the Service this Agreement or nor the performance by Contractor of its obligations hereunder does not conflict with, violate, or result in a breach: hereunder: (i) Of conflicts with, violates, or results in a breach of any law or governmental regulation applicable to Contractor; ; or (ii) Any conflicts with, violates or results in a breach of any term or condition of any judgment, order, or decree of any court, administrative agency or other governmental authority; or, (iii) Any Agreement , or any agreement or instrument to which Contractor is a party or by which Contractor or any of its properties or assets are bound, or constitute constitutes a default thereunder.

To the best of Contractor's and Authority’s knowledge after reasonable investigation, the execution or delivery of the Service this Agreement or the performance by Contractor such Party of its respective obligations hereunder does not conflict with, violate, or result in a breach: : (i) Of of any law or governmental regulation applicable to Contractor; Applicable Law; or, (ii) Any any term or condition of any judgment, order, or decree of any court, administrative agency or other governmental authority; or, (iii) Any Agreement , or any agreement or instrument to which Contractor or Authority is a party or by which Contractor or any of its properties or assets are bound, or constitute constitutes a default thereunderhereunder.
