Common use of Agreement Will Not Cause Breach Clause in Contracts

Agreement Will Not Cause Breach. To the best of FRANCHISEE's knowledge after reasonable 280 investigation, the execution or delivery of this Agreement or the performance by FRANCHISEE of its 281 obligations hereunder does not conflict with, violate, or result in a breach: (i) of any law or 282 governmental regulation applicable to FRANCHISEE; (ii) any term or condition of any judgment, 283 order, or decree of any court, administrative agency or other governmental authority; or, (iii) any 284 Agreement or instrument to which FRANCHISEE is a party or by which FRANCHISEE or any of its 285 properties or assets are bound, or constitute a default thereunder.

To the best of FRANCHISEE's ’S knowledge after reasonable 280 responsible investigation, the execution or delivery of this Agreement AGREEMENT or the performance by FRANCHISEE of its 281 obligations hereunder does not conflict with, violate, or result in a breachbeach: (i) of any law or 282 governmental regulation applicable to FRANCHISEE; or (ii) any term or condition of any judgment, 283 order, or decree decree, of any court, administrative agency agency, or other governmental authority; or, (iii) or any 284 Agreement AGREEMENT or instrument to which FRANCHISEE is a party or by which FRANCHISEE or any of its 285 properties or assets are bound, or constitute constitutes a default thereunderhereunder.
