Common use of Agreement with BC Clause in Contracts

Agreement with BC. This MSFAA-BC is made between you (“you” or “your”), as identified in Part A, and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of British Columbia as represented by the Minister of Advanced Education and Skills Training and the Minister of Finance (together, referred to as “BC”) and called the Master Student Financial Assistance Agreement for British Columbia (“MSFAA-BC”).
